Damion Cooper is a husband, father, pastor, speaker, coach, and mentor with a passion for reaching the one through bold, authentic, and creative communication of God’s Word. As the CEO of Collektive Co, Damion leads a movement dedicated to creating spaces where students can encounter authentic life change through mentorship, community, and joy-filled experiences. Through Collektive Co’s events and mentoring programs, thousands of young people have been reached and transformed.

Damion’s speaking ministry has taken him to camps, churches, colleges, NFL teams, and sports programs across the country, where he challenges and inspires audiences with a message of faith, purpose, and perseverance. In 2025, Damion joined the Championship Chaplains Speaking Team, further expanding his reach and influence in equipping athletes and leaders on and off the field. For the past five years, he has served as the Chaplain and Character Coach for Lee’s Summit North High School’s football team, a role that has expanded to include several other local sports teams. 

In addition to his speaking and chaplaincy work, Damion trains athletes in soccer, helping them maximize their full potential through skill development, mental preparation, and leadership training. His investment in student-athletes has led many to faith in Christ, with numerous public baptisms declaring Jesus as Lord.

Damion’s greatest joy is found in his family. He is blessed to share life and ministry with his beautiful bride, Krista, and together they are the proud parents of four children: Briella, Malia, Creed, and Skyla. Whether in the pulpit, on the sidelines, or in front of a stadium crowd, Damion’s mission remains the same—to inspire, equip, and lead others into the life-changing hope of Jesus.
